Success is a result of good judgement, good judgement is a result of experience, and experience is a result of bad judgement.
Having gone through all these stages during the course of our project, we can vouch for the above said quote.
It was a great experience to be a part of the Contest. The contest helped us expand our knowledge base and helped us learn the usage of the MSP430 experimental board. Also helped us gain knowledge of application specific microcontroller programming. It helped us bridge the gap between theoretical and practical implementation of all modules.
Quite a few technical and non-technical challenges we faced were-limited knowledge of programming GUI& MSP430 and also the unavailabilityof the DSO device to measure the I-V characteristics of materials which was an essential part of our project 'ELECTRICAL SWITCHING ANALYSER' . Adequate technical and software support would have made our project more presentable.
As a part of the competition TI provides some of the best and sophisticated equipment boards and components to work with. Our advice to the future participants would be to make the best use of everything given.
Also in the job front, being participants of the contest helped most of our team members gain an edge over other candidates during interviews.

All in all we would like to conclude that it was a fair bargain that we were able to satisfactorily complete the project inspite of several hindrances.
Lastly we would like to take this opportunity to thank TI for providing us a chance to take part in the competition, our college MSRIT, our project guide and everybody who helped us achieve it.
